0,33 l bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger - shared with Roger. Clear golden color, disappering white head. Aroma has some malt and fruit. Flavor is malty with moderate sweetness and some bitterness. A strong lager, and that´s it.

Oct 12, 2008 I actually enjoyed this beer, contrary to my expectations. I found the flavor entirely free of adjuncts, with a balance between sweet and dry that was quite pleasant. Also, this was given to me in a can, brought back from Sweden for me personally, which was kinda cool.

Pale orange. From memory - quite full flavoured for a lager. Malty and with a pleasant bitter edge. Better than the light stuff I normally encounter in Finland (or England).
The actual notes taken at the time? - oh6gdx scribbled ’Shite. Shabby. Skunky. Poop.’ on my notes, and I wrote ’not as good as goudenband’. Hope that helps.

Sep 5, 2008 Bottle at Tromsø Ølfestival. A decent white head resting for a short while on top of a dark, golden body. Grain-grassy aroma. Sweet sugar water with hints of hops. Little more than an insipid lager (14.08.2008).
