Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 4, 2004 A red beer with a beige collapsing head. The aroma is of sweet malt with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and a dry woodyness. MiP (6732), Flensburg, Germany Jul 13, 2005 Bottle. Label says 3.5% with small types and 5.8% with large types. This definitely tastes like 5.8%. CO2 aroma, some malt. Chestnut colour with a red hue. Very small head. Flavour is sweet and a little acidic. TBone (5261), Pori, Finland Jun 3, 2005 Bottled (BB 08/2005)
Dark brown, small tanned head. Malty, ryeish, slightly metallic nose. Malty, gently hopped. Some caramelly notes. Not world class, but reasonably drinkable (even a) session beer. Jeppe (2637), Ølbutikken, Denmark May 3, 2004 Pours a foamy light tan head on a dark amber reddish body. Aroma of sweet roasted malt and brown sugar. Flavor is also sweet malty with some nut and caramel. A nice beer but a little too thin and harmless. Kåstå (1143), Mol, Belgium May 5, 2003 Clear amber coloured beer with a light brown medium quickly disappearing head. Spicy, fruity aroma and taste. For a Swedish beer this one is quite ok.
