Commercial Description:
A great fruit beer. The blueberry flavor is a perfect marriage of ingredients. Light and refreshing, this beer is great all by itself or blended with another. Try a Black and Blue which is a mix of Stout and Bluebeery Ale.

On tap at Pizza Port (I think Carlsbad) a few weeks ago. Aroma of flowers/perfume and blueberries. Quite nice. Color was a cloudy gold. Flavor of blueberry and wheat with a bit of perfume elements. Solid beer.

Extreme blueberry aroma within a cloudy yellow color. Taste is faintly blueberry but not bad for a fruit beer. Overall, a drinkable blueberry flavored ale but not a favorite of mine.

Tons of carbonation and foam out of the bottle. had to wait awhile for the foam to receed. Nice fresh light fruity tart aroma and taste to go with it as well. Blueberry smell but very little blueberry taste. Nice malt aftertaste. If I was given this in a blind taste test I might not know it was blueberry. Over all not bad but very light.

bottom line: it took me 4 bombers to get tired of it, very good for a fruit beer. the aroma is amazing, blueberry taste is great without being overwhelming.

22oz bottle. Pours cloudy, light amber with a huge, fizzy white head. Some lace. Smells of blueberry and crisp light malts, slightly floral as well. Possible wet dog scent as well. Tastes floral and malty with mild blueberry flavor, very nice. A pretty good fruit beer if you’re in the mood. Light body, vibrant carbonation. Overcarbonated in general.

From a 22ounce bottle from Belmont Station in Portland, OR--Poured a mildly hazy, turbid golden body with a thick, fluffy white head. Subtle blueberry and wheat nose. Crisp, fresh, and ultra quaffable. I love this beer!

The aroma was intense with blueberries. I was worried. However, the flavour was nice and subtle. In fact, it had only a hint of blueberry in an otherwise pleasant light beer.

On tap at the brewery. Nose was a pale ale with a hint of Blueberries. Pale color, and flavor is slight bitterness with a hint of blueberries. Dry, clean finish.
