Bottle from Ledgers in Berkeley, CA. Poured a murky yellow and had a sweet spicy smell to it. Citrus taste that almost tasted sour. Just a little bit odd so I had to knock it down a little. Average brew.

Bottle from Ledgers in Berkeley, CA. This beer had an identity crisis in my mouth. I’ve had a Hefe, and I’ve had a Dopple. This one was a straight mixture of both, and that’s about it. And, they didn’t mix very well. Still, I have to give it style points. Nice try.

Has an usual taste but I like it. Tastes like a toned down IPA. Seems like a beer that would be good for drinking to get drunk. Lacks the real flavor of the other beers I have tasted.

Bottle from Dirty_Martini. Cloudy peach body with a large white head. The nose is sweet with cotton candy, banana, pear and light spice. The flavor is fairly sweet, lightly bitter with bubblegum, banana, cotton candy and clove. Medium/full body is round with moderate carbonation. Finish is thin.

On Draft at the brewpub. Murky, orange pour with white lacing. Phenolic yeast aroma with notes of oranges and bananas. Fruity flavor with dominate wheat and orange notes. This may the first beer I’ve ever rated that had "orange" in the appearance, aroma and flavor. Somewhat hot but it seems to fit the beer.

On tap at the brewery. Well, the name was the same, but the % stated 8.9. Hazy light orange color with a sweet nose and flavor. Surprised at the low score, because I thought this was a good, solid beer. Yeah, a little on the sweet side, but so are most impies and BW’s. I would definitely have again.

Bomber. Aromas of biscuit, citrus, and perhaps banana. Hazy orange tinged gold color with a white head that didn’t arrive. Near medium in body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. Flavor is wheat, citrus and something yeast/earthy in the background. The finish is dry, almost astringent, but not really bitter. The citrus tends to build as time goes by. It’s fairly clean. A light peppery spice crops up after awhile.

22oz bottle from BevMo Carmel mtn. Poured a hazy dirty dish water color....not a bad thing. Nose of bread, yeast, citrus, and some banana.
