Nov 14, 2007 From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 12. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Sweet orange fruity aroma with a mild malt base beneath. Very minor spice aroma note too. Flavour holds a mild yeasty note. Acidic, citric and slight spiced flavour. Ends with a caramel malt note and mild spice flavour. Nice.

Nov 4, 2007 Botled. A hazy orange-amber beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet spicy with junipers standing out, but also with lighter notes of wheaty and fruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit as well as a touch of juniper, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
