Jan 23, 2007 I was pretty impressed by this spiced beer from Marin. Poured a medium amber color with an off with head that bailed some what quikly. Nice aroma of hops ....some spice as well.

Jan 21, 2007 sampled from a bomber. Aroma is citrus and floral hops with spices. Taste is also citrus/floral with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla. very weird beer. Did I see mace in the description?

Jan 21, 2007 Poured a hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit citrus hops, cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, like a hoppy pumpkin ale. Flavor is tart and dry with some cinnamon and nutmeg coming through. Not as spicy as I thought, and the tartness was a bit of a surprise. All right but an unusual combination that could have been pulled off better.

Jan 9, 2007 Bomber from Ledgers; nose of cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla; dark gold color with a big, quick disappearing beige head; very fizzy; flavor of hop bitterness, cinnamon, light caramel, and vanilla. Body a little thin, but had a hoppy finish.

Jan 7, 2007 22 oz bomber from Coop here in Eureka. I love White Christmas from Moylan so had high hopes for this one. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow with a ever so slighly off-white head that left minimal lacing. Srong nose of citrus, spices, vanilla,and coriander. Mouthfeel was somewhat light, and flavor was strong of ligh hops and malts, along with all the things found in the aroma. Finish was had a little sweetness. A decent holiday brew, but there are better ones out there.

Jan 7, 2007 Bomber. Barely off-white head that goes quickly with no lacing, dark gold clearish color. Aroma is of orange, start is fruity and moves to cinnamon and vanilla with very creamy malt in the middle. Thinnish mouthfeel.

Dec 31, 2006 Bomber. The aroma is of citrus, white fruits, cinammon and sugar cookies. The body is a pale orange/gold with a quickly diminishing, wispy white head. Citrus, vanilla, sugar cookies, clove....holiday spices in general. Ever so slightly buttery, but it works here adding to the cookie element. Finish is X-mas cookies all the way with vanilla and nutmeg looming large. I’d love it if the mouthfeel was thicker, but it’s tasty none the less.

Dec 31, 2006 Bomber poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of citrus, spice, hint of vanilla and light carmel. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Fl;avors of lemon, light spice, some barnyard and a hint of vanilla with a lingering lightly tart moderatly bitter finish.
