Small tan head that quickly dissipated with no lacing, transparent, no visible carbonation, and a gold-orange hue. Malty, hoppy, citrus and a very aromatic nose. Flavor was hoppy, citrus and a little caramel. Smooth mouthfeel and medium body. Nicely done and worthy of a try. Taverner (880), San Ramon, California, USA

Decent. ON RERATING: With a fresh bottle this has all of the elements of a perfect IPA. Dank nose, check! Copper pour, check! Grassy hoppy earthy flavor, check! kyzr (1127), Belgrade, Montana, USA

Pours a hazy amber with a moderate off-white head that left light lacing and lasted to the bottom of the glass. Very pleasant citrus aroma. The flavor is mostly citrus hops with just a bit of caramel. Bitter at the finish, but by no means acrid. Good stuff. TheEpeeist (1486), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 25, 2007 22 oz bottle. Orange brown, lightly hazed. Tan head that settles to a big-bubbled froth. Primarily pine-spruce, some lemon zest. Full body for an IPA with faint carb. Grapefruit martini, touch of caramel, orange creme. Leads off with some hop bite but finishes smooth. Really like what these folks do. Tejas (704), Dallas, Texas, USA
