Marin Mt. Tam Pale Ale

On tap at Terzo in SF. Bright orange-gold with an average creamy white head. Floral citrus and resin aroma. Light sweet malt with nice floral citrus hop character. Medium bitter finish. Tasty!

Amber with a loose off white head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, light caramel, piney. Taste is pretty hoppy, light bubble gum, caramel, earthy.

650 ml. Huge, sticky head atop the pale orange-golden body. Light nose of resin and citrus. Tastes of caramel and banana-nut bread with a finish of florals, resin, cocoa and wood. Light-medium body is smooth, but has some flare-ups at times.

Bottle: drank with rcasta while bottling our wheat ale and brewing the next Bitter batch. This is a very well balanced beer, great to get non craft drinkers into the more adventurous micros. Foods Pairing: Chicken Quesadillas.

Sampled at the brewpub. Transparent yellow/amber with a thin cloudy white head. Floral aroma, slightly piney, earthy with some crackers. Flavor is spicy, white pepper, pine, grapefruit but not aggressive. Dry finish, very little lasting bitterness. Session beer for sure.

Bomber. Pours clear golden orange with white head. Aroma is piney hops, citrus and some caramel malt. Flavor is sweet malt, orange and other citrus flavors, honey, and hops. Pretty smooth on the palate and an easy drinker. Good session ale for a hot day.

Clear light amber with a rocky eggshell white head. Mild piney, grassy hop aromas with some metal. Medium body. Nicely mild pine and floral hop flavors on a honey sweet pale malt base. Easy drinking.
