Draft at the brewpub. An amber beer with a lazing offwwhite head. The aroma is sweet and quite hoppy - in the spicy sense. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish where notes of citrus fruits appear.

RBSG09 on tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep amber color with a thin wet ecru head. Aroma is hop resins, pale malts, slight marijuana. Flavor is toffee malts up front, then herbal hops towards the end. When the bitterness fades the malty sweetness shines through again shortly. Decent pale ale.

A nice APA. Clear amber color with a white head. Aroma of caramel malt and fresh floral/citrus hops. Flavor similar with a little toffee and definitely some C-hops involved. Medium palate.

This golden ale poured with a fluffy off-white head and a yeasty caramel malt aroma. There is a rich toffee flavor that is complemented with a nutty bitterness. Well-balanced, tasty and refreshing.

22 oz bottle. Pours a amber golden clear. Nose is spicy hops. Flavor is bready, yeasty and clean. Excellent APA. Probably one of the best.

22 oz bottle. Pours a dark golden color, white head that dissipates quickly. Citrus hop nose. Taste is moderately hoppy -- sligthly floral, with citrus and a good balance of bitterness. First sip finished with some nutty flavors but they aren’t as detectable until I reset my palate witha sip of water. Better than I recalled when I tried it years ago. A very good pale ale.
