bomber. Pours an amber color with an off white head. Aroma has some caramel malts, light hops, and some bready notes. Flavor is pretty subtle with some floral hops and malt. Good for a pale ale.

Bottle at Stuffed Sandwich in San Gabriel, CA. Pours amber with a white/pale yellow head. Aroma of caramel and fruity ale esters. Flavor of caramel, toffee, and hint of doughy malts countered by a moderate American hoppiness. Enjoyable.

A- Pours an opaque dull orange hue, head is 1-finger tall, white, bubbly with little retention, some thin lacing on the glass S- Nose is dominated by floral and citrus hops, hints of grapefruit, lemon, and other sweet fruits, some pale malts in the background T- Initial taste is tangy grapefruit, followed by some floral and herbal spice, sligth chalkiness, biscuit/bread malts come in half-way and soon dissipate leaving a short finish of dry hops exacerbated by overcarbonation M- Light/medium-bodied beer, watery texture, slight over-carbonation D- Easy-to-drink in terms of 5.4%abv, this feels too hops-forward for a pale ale, and the carbonation is a bit overwhelming, this is caught between Pale Ale and IPA categories and unfortunately is not a great fit for either

From a 22 oz bottle this poured a beautiful orange with a nice white head and good lacing. Good nose of floral and citrus hops and nice light malts. Very smooth and clean moruthfeel. Flavor is again floral and citrus, and the finish is lightly bitter. A simply divine APA.

Yellow, gold body, foggy and stinking of cascades, mild balance of smooth light malts and pleasant cascade floral flavor, a very pleasing plae ale, had two pints of it while out to eat in the city.
