Pours a mahogany color and clear with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, molasses with hints of maple, tart fruit and a bit of spice. Flavor is quite sweet, brown sugar, prunes, hints of rich brown bread. Full, thick body, gentle and creamy carbonation. This was interesting and quite good, but seems it would benefit from some age.
