Clearish yellow, with a white ring of head; very clean looking. Aroma is perfume, light raspberries. The flavor is the same with straw-tasting malt. The raspberries taste manufactured. It’s difficult for me to have a beer with raspberry that doesn’t taste artificial. This is really no exception. Pours a light yellow with a very, very thick amount of white head. Aroma is citrus and raspberry with a hit of sour notes. Flavor is really light, and the finish is distinctly band-aids. AgentSteve (1374), SF Bay Area, California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 17, 2008 I really didn’t think I’d like this beer, but it was the only I hadn’t had there at the pub, and after a long hot day of work, it sounded alright. Pours pale gold with no head. The nose is subtle and slightly bitter with a dose of raspberry. The flavor was quite refreshing and a bit complex. Started clean and bitter, then onto tart raspberry, finishing with almost a barrel aged oak nuttiness. I’d drink it again. FoolishMortal (965), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 4, 2008 22oz bottle. Pale straw color with a small fizzy white head. Acidic raspberry aroma, some herbal and lemony tones. Mild raspberry flavor up front, gives way quickly to grainy malt and a lemongrass hop component. Some astringency and residual graininess in the finish, some tinges of raspberry if you search for them. Mouthfeel is light, somewhat dry. asedzie (454), San Francisco, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden, slight, white head. Sweetish raspberry aroma, light background of hops. Flavor is very mild buscuity malt with a touch of raspberry syrup and a little bit of bitterness in the finish. Overall, not a bad beer- light, drinkable, but lacks complexity. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 27, 2007 22 ounce bottle purchased at BevMo in Natomas, CA. Very fruity, faux, perfumey raspberry aroma. A little bit of cereal aroma, too. Way overbearing. Mildly hazy yellowish-golden body with a small, weak white head and scant lacing. Starts with some raspberry flavor , before it turns pretty malty and dull in the middle...mostly biscuity and cereal flavors in the middle. Rather thin and watery. Finishes with some more of the light raspberry flavors. Raspberry isn’t overly dominant, but the beer that is there is pretty bland, watery, and generally uninteresting. Another messed up fruit beer. I love fruit beers because most are mailed-in "wife beers" that are poorly made (like this one), sometimes I will get lucky and find a well-crafted, well-balanced fruit beer. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 6, 2007 Almost a wheaty sroma, little to no raspberry in it. Flavor has a quick raspberry burst up front, witha short-lasting consistency. but the finish is still nice, light and creamy.
