Coffee and volatile aalky aroma. Big black pour with choco mousse head. Very attractive to the eye and lively in the mug. First taste is medium coffee but then there is this mild sourness on the tongue. Not too bitter considering how much alky is in here. Certainly does not come across like 7+%! Tingly on the tongue with complex roastiness on the finish. Big thanks to cquiroga for this masterpiece!

Beer was not as big, rich, and malty as the description says above but that was alright. Very light coffee flavors, and very creamy. The head was very frothy looking almost reminded me of an espresso. Very good lighter than normal coffee beer.

Bottle thanks joey for the share. Pours a black body with a tan head. Overall this is a bit thin and grainy with a lighter chocolate and roasty finish. I could have used more body and less grain character. Still good tho.

22 oz bottle. Pours black with a thick tan head, lively carbonation. Aroma is mainly roasted malt and espresso. Bitter chocolate and light roasted coffee beans come out nicely together in the flavor. Sticky mouthfeel and full bodied. Good stout.

Pours out a solid black (though it’s dark in here). Smells strong of dark chocolate and tastes like espresso. Too carbonated for my liking (for a stout) so palate points take a hit. My first Marin brew and I like what I’ve had so far.

Poured deep, deep brown, fully opaque, with a creamy tan two-finger head and good lacing. Strong cappucino aroma, with some cocoa and roasted malts. Complex flavor profile features bittersweet roasted chocolate, cappucino, caramel, a bitof dark fruit and cola. Full body, creamy texture, and a lingering sweet chocolate aftertaste.

Pours deep brown, almost black, with a finger thick tan head. Nice coffee and chocolate in the nose with some roasted malts. Same in the smooth flavor with a strong coffee finish. Full mouthfeel.
