Wow! This is as smooth of a triple anything I have ever had. Definetly refreshing and palatable on these 100+ degree days. I taste the hop, the wheat, some honey and lite apricot or peach. I would buy this and drink this all day! Wish I could find more!

pours gold/orange, with a white head. Aromas are citrus, fruit, honey, and malt. Flavors are citrus, honey, spice, and toffee. Heavy body. Overall, very nice.

Series continues to impress. Light-honey color, short, bubbly head that sticks around for a bit, well-balanced. Very coy about its potency. Fresh finish with a welcome linger of hop resins.

Not so sickly sweet as some belgians. Smooth mouthfeel. Ratebeer says barley wine, but the bottle says triple, so trippel? Nice citrus aroma, and a lingering bitter finish covered by a light candy sweetness. Dangerously drinkable.

Pours a hazy light tan/orange. Fruity nose with wheat. Tastes like a barlywine and I guess that is why it is categorized as such. Alcohol aftertaste. Pretty good.

Batch 2810 of year 2005. Pours to a very hazy orangish coppery body with a nice white head. The aroma is brown sugary Cracklin Oat Bran. Citrusy lemons and spices. The flavor is lemony spicy, wheaty, strong toffee backbone. Creamy medium body. Nice feel.

2005 Bottle shared by Blake. Hazy orange-amber body, short-lived white head that leaves sudsy lacing. Nice fruity-sweet frosting aroma - apple, mandarin orange and stemmy hops over sweet fruity wheat malt. Big sweet cream flavor featuring peach, powdered sugar all finishing with toast sprinkled with sugar. A nice sweet barleywine.

our bottle was the 2810 not the 2280 as in the pic (is this a batch num?) 2005 vintage. Thanks to Blake for sharing. a hazy of orangish goldish color w/ a big off white head made of small bubles some visable carbonation w/ some good thick lace. Smells pretty dang good! A nice floral hop aroma on top of some toffee and sweet notes some tropical fruits (passion fruit) and other add to the sweetness. Palate is full and rich, nicely creamy. Flavor has a hot hop presence well blended w/ a sweet molasis and brown sugar flavor. Some nice spice shows through as well. A very nice BW.
