| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jan 11, 2005 Bottle. 2004 Vintage. Unfiltered pale goldn beer with a thin white film. Malty aroma (? for a triple wheat ?) with some citrus and spice and alcohol. Thick, ruch doughy mouthfeel, but somehow very refreshing. You can taste the alcohol presence, but it’s refreshing enough (or I’m thirsty enough) to keep drinking. Honey, malt, wheat with some surprising hops. Kasteelfreak (341), Fallbrook, California, USA
