| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Tap. Pours with a orange to copper color. Not much of an aroma perhaps some sweet molassess. This beer tastes cloyingly sweet, very syrupy and not much else. I cannot discern any wheat. I dno not believe that the attempts by various brewers to fortify a wheat beer are going anywhere. Just leave this style alone. This beer is an aberration without any redeeming qualities. mjg74 (2000), La Mesa, California, USA

Tasty and different, but potent and somewhat sickly sweet.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 25, 2007 The taste is very good. Not as good as the Bells beers I have tasted though. The after taste is to strong and not so good, maybe because the alcohal content is 9%, not sure. Hits the spot but only good for one beer for the night. ryan (1781), Beltsville, Maryland, USA
