Aroma: Huge malt aroma with the lingering of Bourbon and Oak.
Appearance: Brown in color, clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Big Porter flavor. This also had a great flavoring of the Oak and Bourbon. Loved the flavors.
Palate: Dry Oaky finish, with a good Mouthfeel.
Overall: This is a fantastic brew. I would love to have this all the time. Great flavors.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 8, 2007 Tap at Brouwers. Dark brown with a tan head. Faint bourbon aroma with blackened malts and chocolate. Decent taste is mainly black malts, bitter chocolate and a very understated bourbon vanilla wood flavor. This beer was too much porter, and not enough bourbon/wood for me. 12/07/2007
