Nov 6, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and hazy yellow color. Aroma is faint wheat/malt. Taste is wheat/light malt-some sweet, some off lemon, hint of floral hops. An American wheat.

Very cloudy and deep yellow in color with a big, billowy tall ice-cream head. Flavor is a little bland, stale, soapy... some sour lemon, but not tart. Paper-like, I guess, like chewing on notebook paper. Milky, yeasty nose. Simple.

Sep 23, 2008 Draught @ Jolly Roger Taproom, Seattle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a wheat malty aroma with some weak hints of banana and hops. Wheat malty citrus flavor with banana hints. Sweetish wheat malty finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
