Apr 3, 2008 On tap dry hopped as Ray’s Anniversary Ale at Ray’s Boathouse. Very balanced. Malt forward with a nice hop bite in the finish. Nothing crazy. Good session beer.

Mar 15, 2008 Poured amber with a nice beige head that lasted forever. Aroma of toasted malt and a touch of sweetness. Toasted malt in the flavor, mild caramel sweetness, a bit of metal, and light spicy hops in the finish. Quaffable, light, sessionable etc, but not a lot going on.

Mar 8, 2008 attractive red amber with a full head and good lacing. caramel aroma with a touch of hop spice. ’green’ bitterness prevails and it feels flat. i suspected it wasn’t fresh.

Feb 2, 2008 Pours a slightly clouded amber. No head. Nose is slightly sweet with a touch of a dry leaf character. It is definitely a smooth flavor profile though. Feel is good on the liquid and the carbonation as well. Overall a good drinking experience.

Jan 24, 2008 Bottle from Bierkraft. Lasting white had with a bittering hop aroma. Spicy cinnamon, pepper with a decent sweet maltiness. Grassy and candylike.
