I've never sat down to rate this one, but I have had it enough times to make a decent rating... Good brew to get a pitcher of if you wat to satisfy a table of pale ale and dark ale drinkers. It has a little hop character to it, floral touch in the aroma and a light to moderate bitterness. Light roasty and caramel flavors. Flavor is sweet and somewhat full. Good stuff.

On Tap at Maritime Pacific Seattle. Pours out a dark brown topped with a off white head. Aroma of rich malts and a good mix of hops. Tast of the malts again and again. A nice little sweetness goes well with the hops.

Pint - Coopers Ale House - Seattle, WA
Aroma – Nice roasty amber malt aroma with a light hint of hops.
Appearance – Brown in color, clear, with a thin head.
Flavor – Great dark malt flavor with a good use of hops and spices in the flavor.
Palate – Great Mouthfeel, Crisp texture with a dry finish.
Overall – I liked this beer had some great dark amber flavors. There was a great flavor of caramel and toffee flavors with this beer. I will be sure to seek this out again.
