Nose is minimally hoppy but clean and bright. Some minimal sulphur/chemical scents. lemon sweetness to the hops, fresh and mild corn syrup nose. Crisp, wet, perfectly clean with a properly full body and a sharp and bright fullness to the malt body. well made, well lagered. Better than many of the ales I found around Seattle on draft. love it. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head that started large and then that leaves behind a thin film and white ring with some spotty lacing. Aroma of golden grain malt, citrus zest, with a touch of mild yeast. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with flavors of golden grain malt, some lemon zest, and a touch of Ivory soap. Finish is mildly bitter with some citrus zest and a pale ale hop aftertaste.
