Clear yellow, thin white head. Crispy, toasty aroma, with a unlying aroma of spicy hops. Clean hoppy flavors at first, then some bready notes. Clean, crisp finish.

on tap-pours a retaining white head that laces and yellow color. Aroma is grain-some sweet. Taste is grain-some sweet, light/grassy/lemon hops, crisp. OK carbonation.

Yellow gold color. Mild bread in the aroma. Mild sweet bready flavor with a lightly spicy finish. A good drinkable beer.

Golden colour. Rich saaz nose, with hints of pale malts. The flavour is thin on the malts, but yet they impact the mouthfeel a bit anyway. Hop bitterness is moderate. It lacks the voluptuous tang of the best Czechs but its a solid, refreshing American example.

Tap - Eastside Club, Oly
Golden in color with a light head. Semi malty with a nice flavor. Buttery, malty and no hops. Crips finish to this beer it was cold and tasty for a hot day. Great lawnmower beer.

On draught. Pours a somewhat hazy pale lemon color with a thin layer of quickly dissipating white fizzy head. Aroma of white bread dough and some fruity pear yeast. Medium bodied, sparkling carbonated mouthfeel. Sweet pear and soft apple flavors with some doughy malt. A minimal hop presence leaves a slightly herbal smack lingering with a grainy, toothy finish. Too sweet and heavy to be refreshing, it lacks that desired crispness. No DMS or other off flavors, but simply too chewy and too much fruity characters to be a good example of the style.

Draught at the pub. Pours is clear gold with a creamy white head and lacing. Sweet malt nose. Sweet malt up front with a balanced bitter but crisp and clean finish. Nice beer.

On tap at The Flying Pig, Everett WA. Urine yellow. Crisp beginning but mellows to a buttery malt. Alcoholic bite. Also tasted at the brewery and it was much better here, for whatever reason.
