This Pilsner, however, despite it’s Budweiser looking clarity, has a very smooth taste, and a wonderful sweet flavor! There is a light hop aroma, offset by strong flavor somewhat like a slighly sweeter, more carbonated, but less hoppy version of their IPA. There is no bitter aftertaste; definately a beer that can be enjoyed multiple times in one sitting. HoppedHead (106), seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 4, 2004 Slight earthy hops in the aroma. Fairly flat pour for a pilsener. Sunshine gold in color. Soft, medium mouthfeel. Very bready flavor, rich in malt with a hoppy kick. Not a bad brew at all. Thanks to Skyhand for the sample. Oakes (8108), gone rambling, Cambodia
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 6, 2007 Golden colour. Rich saaz nose, with hints of pale malts. The flavour is thin on the malts, but yet they impact the mouthfeel a bit anyway. Hop bitterness is moderate. It lacks the voluptuous tang of the best Czechs but its a solid, refreshing American example. Andrew196 (1091), Katy, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 17, 2003 A very vivid yellow color like a BMC? Nice frothy head though. Very complex for a pils, very refreshing and full of flavor. No adjuct flavor either....not bad! 5000 (2480), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 21, 2006 Bottle: Vibrant straw, clear, huge white foamy head, wonderful lacing, little or no carbonation. Aroma of oats, cereal, and very slight waxed cardboard. Sweet malt flavor, no cardboard as suggested by the nose, a bit grainy however, but remains fairly clean. Body and mouthfeel are quite full for the style, smooth and velvety. Slightly grassy finish, remaining fairly sweet. Not too shabby, a bit heavier and sweeter than most.

The flavor is bready up front then a good bit of the old noble hop kick. Medium-light body. Lightly crisp finish, could be crisper. riversideAK (2761), Shoreline, Washington, USA
