Nov 21, 2008 Yellow gold beer with a thin head. Light grainy aroma, no oak. Light bready flavors with a dry floral finish. A nice easy drinking pils and a nice cleanser to finish the fest, but where was the oak?

Sep 20, 2008 Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Malty grainy aroma with some citrus hoppy hints. Sweetish malt grainy flavor with some weak hints of hops. Malty grainy finish with some bitter aftertaste.

Jun 29, 2008 6/14/08 On draught at the Washington Brewers Festival. Aroma is earthy but sweet. Appearance is slightly hazy golden orange with a moderate white head. Flavor is citrusy and sweet with moderate bittering and no oak. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a low carb texture. Overall, easy drinking and refreshing; nothing is killed by the oak.
