12/6/08 On draft at Brouwers, Seattle, Wa. Aroma is sweet perfume forward with a faint spicy alcohol note. Appearance is hazy red with a well maintained white head. Flavor is sweet candy malt forward with some oak creaminess and light spicy bittering. Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with a very low carb texture and moderate warmth. Overall, big rich and cool, but let this one sit, it was a bit funky off the initial pour.
