Hazy amber colour. Fresh bread and hop aroma. Balanced character with bread crust and light toast from both hops and malt.

on tap-pours a thin white head that laces and amber color. Aroma is light caramel, citrus. Taste is medium malt-caramel/nutty, balanced nicely with (English and northwest?) citrus hops-slight bitter. OK/mild carbonation.

Tap@The Jolly Roger. Everything seemed to be in its right place with this beer. Carame and nuts, and then some orangey tea like hops, pretty tasty and balanced.

Draught Just a little white rim over clear foxy ale. One wants to be the nose bi/uttery, but it isn’t really. Some malts, ever so slightly bready and chestnut flour. Soft sweet taste with just a suggestion at diacetyl. Has some discreet bitterness hiding in the shadows, but not really hoppy. Soft creamy MF, nearly medium bodied, only very restrained burning, alcohol nonexistent. Quite drinkable actually, just not very assertive, let alone great.

Draft at the brewery
Golden orange and clear appearance. Roasty, nutty flavor with some wet charred and toasty bred malt flavors. Hops are oily, metallic and smooth. Smells a little sweaty.

Bronze with tan head & light lacing. The aroma is lightly hoppy with pine & lotion. The flavor has some good bitterness & fruit pine hops. Finishes full bodied, unique.
