Draft at the brewpub. Poured clear yellow in color. Aroma of wheat, wet grain. Taste starts off like a pale lager but finishs with note of wheat. Not used to seeing a filtered wheat and certainly not a wheat that tastes lagered. eh... not my thing.

Surprisingly clear yellow for a wheat. Subtle grain aroma and a fairly grainy flavor as well. Slightly sweet finish. An ok beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours gold with white head. The aroma is very weak and grainy. The flavor is grainy with some faint zest and a little bit of a tingle. The finish is on the sweet side. Drinkable, but weak and unimaginative.

Half-pint at the Carlisle location. Straw gold color, faint haziness. Simple nose of sweet lemon, clean grains and a candied, syrupy banana yeast note. Flavor very pallid; faint lemon sweetness, faint yeast presence, overly fizzy and underfermented/sweet, with only a light wheat presence. Overall a pretty weak wheat beer, but typical for what you find in most American brewpubs.

5 oz. sample: Coudy yellow. Flavor was slighty fruity, with some aroma of banana. Palate was way too watery. Not very good hefe.
