Commercial Description:
Market Street Pilsner is an authentic Bohemian style pilsner. Using our special Bavarian lager yeast, our Classic Pils is slightly sweet with an exceptionally smooth malty body. The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter from imported German Hallertau and Czech Saaz hops.

This is a nice malty taste, but the aftertaste is a bit unpleasant. All in all, it’s still a better choice than your average domestic.

Smooth, goes down nice, and has its own unique taste.

I don’t understand the following this beer has in Nashville. I have tried it on four different occasions and only slightly wretched the third time.

Mildly hoppy, and pretty refreshing. Good when Fresh.

Had this on St. Patty’s Day in a sampler, so it came to be dyed green. Oddly enough, someone else at the table ordered a full glass of this, and it wasn’t green. ’Twas a reasonably attractive green, but kind of hard to rate its appearance. Citrusy scent, with lemon and candy being the primary flavors. Light-bodied, though the finish had an odd creaminess to it.
