Sep 16, 2003 Light gold color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, grainy and sweet. A lighter bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity and fairly sweet. Hops are mild and not very spicy. Well balanced. There is a slight metallic taste to it and it way too sweet. But it is light and refreshing and non skunky. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is very sweet.

Nov 12, 2003 Poured a slightly cloudy golden color with a small white head and some lacing. Lagery, hoppy, grassy aroma. Hoppy, malty taste.

Jan 25, 2004 As I remember, this was one of Lindsay Bohannon's first offerings when he started brewing. Nashville did not have a lot to offer us beer-wise in those days. This lager stood out as the best pilsner available at the time. I still enjoy it whenever I can get it. Nice hop balance, dead on accurate for the style, very drinkable.

Mar 21, 2003 Acquired via trade. This is a more or less middling Pils as far as I am concerned. Pours a dark gold color with a thick off-white head. Very little lacing. Aroma is lightly hoppy (Saaz I presume). The flavor is smooth and unthreatening. Some maltiness amid a lighty hopped and light-bodied Pils. While this beer did not set off any fireworks for me, I look forward to seeing what else this brewer has to offer.

Mar 18, 2002 Had this on St. Patty’s Day in a sampler, so it came to be dyed green. Oddly enough, someone else at the table ordered a full glass of this, and it wasn’t green. ’Twas a reasonably attractive green, but kind of hard to rate its appearance. Citrusy scent, with lemon and candy being the primary flavors. Light-bodied, though the finish had an odd creaminess to it.

Sep 8, 2003 Aptly described in the commercial description as being slightly sweet and bitter, it is a nice offering out of Nashville. Smooth drinking but with just a bit of a twinge of citrus in the aftertaste.
