Nate (2352), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 19, 2008 Sample on tap at brewpub. Light hoppy character with a bit of grassy beany nose. Not much sweetness. Dull golden clear with thin off-white lacing head. Light body with light carbonation. Fairly clean body with pilsner malt and light beany hop character. Good bitter finish, fairly crisp and refreshing.
Sammy (3287), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Oct 20, 2007 Malty aroma, lacey, fresh, yellow colour. Above average carbonation. Quality for a doomed style, from a ratings viewpoint. coldbrewky (536), Saugerties, New York, USA Aug 5, 2007 Brought to me from the wifes travels for work. Hoooray another travel growler. Pours a plae yellow with little head, but then again I didnt expect a bunch from the screw top growler. Thin and uninteresting body. Ends in a bit of alkalinity. Sweet finish and a kiss of hops. Ehhhh. scraff (1716), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Oct 11, 2006 Clear gold, thin white head. Nose held light tones of lemon gassiness, and hints of floral. Balanced lemony grassy flavors with just a touch of bread. LIght bodied, soft carbonation, light citirc finish. Not my thing at all... argo0 (6334), Washington DC, USA Aug 6, 2006 Crystal clear straw body with white head. Aroma is very mild, faint grassy. Taste is medium sweet, cereal, biscuit, light grass, minimal bitterness. Watery light body with some crispness.
