In the bottle in my microbeer of the month club. On the thin and unimpressive side. Hops seemed non-existent. Their pilsner was much better, even though I'm not much of a pils fan.

On tap at Nashville Airport - Medium brown, clear, light to medium body. Virtually no head but did produce some lacing. Aroma hints of hazelnut, molasses, strong coffee, and smoke. Moderately sweet and acidic, major coffee taste with maple and buttery hints. Oily texture, soft carbonation, dry finish with a nutty and mildly hoppy twang on the aftertaste. Overall a little too thin and a little too one-diminsional.
