Bottle. Light malty and the smell of chocolate. Average off-white creamy head, long lasting with a black body. Average malty, short duration. Light body, watery, chocolate, soft carbonation. There are better ones!

Bottle. Pours a clear, dark brown body with a creamy beige head. Quite weak aroma with sweetness and some burnt malt. Caramel, toffee, roasted/burnt malt and a burnt-bitter finish. Full body. Some bitter chocolate as well in the finish. A quite nice schwarzbier, but nothing more. Easy to drink. (080229)

Bottle - Clear almost black body, red shine, huge lasting beige head; Not a lot of Schwarzbier to this nose, very grainy, a little caramel, very thin; Very soft textured body with lots of soft carbonation, very little fill which makes thin very boring and drinkable like water; Medium long finish, again super soft and almost no fill and aroma. Very much like drinking very soft water.

tap (from the Generator hostel in Berlin if I remember right) - Pours dark amber with a medium sized head. It smells like lightly roasted malt with maybe a hint of dark fruit. The flavor leads with roast malts and finishes with some light to medium hoppiness. It’s kind of watery and ends up just being an ok session brew.
