| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 2, 2007 This bitter has a nice red-brown color and a nice head, that leaves a nice lace. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, that also is found in the flavour, where it’s a caramel with light sweetness. The bitterness is found throughout the entire flavour, in the beginning very weak, but it develops and is quite pleasant.
