Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - May.
Available during the month of May only!
Brewed at 5% ABV, this traditional bitter is boosted by the addition of some lightly roasted malts which add a little aniseed character to the after taste. One Evening Glow not to be missed

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A deep red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with quite a lot of diacethyl combined with light notes of berries. The flavor is swet with notes of berries - especially cowberries and raspberries combined with a diacethyl fruityness - especially with notes of peaches, but also with notes of toffee, and hops that kick in late with a light bitterness.

Cask Conditioned at Charlie’s Pub, Copenhagen
Hazy amber color. Malty aroma and flavor, a bit fruity too. Good body; strong bitterness. Maybe there is a light infection present. Solid.

copper colour ... mellow fruit nose ... bland with little fruit and a dull hoppyness.
