Commercial Description:
Pasteurised and filtered. Bottled.
"Brewed almost as pale as lager and so smooth you will hardly notice it slipping down between the goals. A very pale ale brewed with our finest hand made malt combined with Fuggle and Golding hops and just a touch of fine aroma hop to add a citrusy, bitter tang to whet your whistle!"
Ingredients: Maris Otter malt; Goldings and Fuggles hops.

Beautiful golden color, nice head and lace. The aroma is floral and hoppy. The flavour is light like a lager, and it has hints of citrus and a nice bitterness. It’s uncomplicated and charming.

Bottle, unfiltered
Golden color. Smells like a cheap Lager. Better flavor: some malt, dry, good body strength and high bitterness.
