Nose of toffee, malt and vanilla. Pours a clear light fudge coloured beer. Very basic in the taste with some cherries and vanilla present. Very average.

500ml bottle Vanilla oak aroma. Strong rich bitter and malt taste. Very mellow lightly tangy, no harsh edges. Vanilla, oak, slightly smoky. Hoppy bitter finish - quite long at that. So mellow even my mum liked it!

Deep amber with a descent head. The aroma has notes of hops, cherries and vanilla. The aroma hops are found in the flavour too, where the vanilla comes along and steals the picture in a intrusive and dominating way. The finish has notes of cherries, citrus and caramel.

Bottled. Clear, a bit pale, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Malt, bubble-gum and fruity hops in the aroma, who feels a bit like artificial tropical fruits. Both sweet and bitter flavor with tropical fruits, hops and malt. Medium body and a long bitter finish. Quaffable, but I would like some more malt in it. (070331)

Aromas of vanilla, citrus hop and light malt. Delicious. Coppery gold color with minimal white head. Starts with a definite vanilla flavor, moves to malt, with stone fruit and seems to finish with decent hoppy bitterness.

500ml bottle from Bottoms Up. Can only agree with other comments about over-powering taste of vanilla which totally dominated. Aftertaste reminiscent of wet cardboard. Poor.
