A pale beer with a firm head. I found this rather sweet, with toffee and caramel as the dominating flavours. Creamy and smooth, I look in wain for more IPA bitterness.

Oct 11, 2007 Bottle as M&S india pale ale. Aroma is balanced grassy citrus hints of kiwi fruit, pale malts are key. Taste is again well balanced and very sessionable for the %.

Sep 24, 2007 Bottle from Marks and Sparks, 22-09-07 Pours warm golden with white head. Very little aroma to speak of, a bit sweet malt maybe. Tasted too sweet, nice enough but the sweetness was to the detriment of all else, lacking in really decent hoppiness.

Sep 2, 2007 Copper with a moderate head. The aroma is rather neutral with a hint of malt. The flavour has light notes of caramel, sweetness and a citrus acidity, that in no way suits the name IPA. It’s drinkable, but boring and anonymous.
