Feb 15, 2007 500ml bottle. Pale copper body with a white head. Light and fruity aroma. Flavor is bitter, slightly roasted caramel malt and fruity. A bitter but short finish.

Feb 5, 2007 Bottle from Systembolaget. Powerful smell of fresh hops gushes out of the bottle. Attractive golden amber in colour. Whiff of dill seeds, seaweed and wet stones. The mineral theme continues in the taste, which I assume can be traced to the water from Burton-on-trent.
A subtle sweet bready malt backdrop interplays nicely with a crunchy bitterness.

Feb 1, 2007 Bottled. Brownish amber, average head. Fruity nose. Sweetish with some drying grassy hops. Some sulphur and minerals. Soapy and light-medium bodied. Bready malt lies in the background of minerals and resin. A bittersweet sensation linger in the finish.

Jan 28, 2007 Bottle. Golden colour with a big bubbly white head, mostly diminishing. Malty and bitter aroma. Heavy hoppy flavour with moderate toasted malts and caramel, slightly alcoholic. Bitter lightly sweet finish.

Dec 27, 2006 500 ml bottle. Amber coloured and crystal clear. Average-sized creamy white head. Expels a strong nutty and almondy sweet aroma. Caramel. Special aromatic malts have clearly been used as the aroma is very distinct. Really nice in my view. Weak hop aroma barely noticeable among the sweet malts. Light bitterness on the tongue. Then light maltiness with a marzipany background. Nicely balanced by hop flavour and a gentle hop bitterness. In all very aromatic and well-balanced and medium-bodied. Quite nice, but at times a bit watery.
