Sep 16, 2008 From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with fully gone almost white head. Mild fruity and slight malty base flavour. Light bitter and refreshing fruity accent. Biter and rather dry finish yet with a mild fruity hops note.

Pale golden. Fruity nose with a hint of sulphur. Sugary with some boiled peas. The mouthfeel is raw and fairly mellow. Reminding of a Sirvenos, a Lithuanian beer brewed partly from peas. There’s some stale hops in the finish. Although it shows no signs of being out of shape, I must say that this is one of the cask ales I’ve enjoyed the least.

Sep 4, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with some earthyness. Flavour is honey, wood, nectar and fruity hops. Very wellbalanced and smooth. Some slight alcohol in it also.

Amber color; medium-thin creamy head, persistent. Mild aroma of caramel and hops. Good body strength, with sweet caramel flavor; the hopping is a bit fruity, in the end there is some flavor of macadamia nuts, lightly buttery. The final is pleasant, with nice hops (between a 4 and a 5). Well balanced. Very good.

Hazy orange color. The aroma, malty, is still light, but the flavor is very interesting, sweet, bitter and fruity, much more harmonious than the American IPAs. Long strong final.
