Gravity - Deep deep golden body, medium sized bubbles in white head; Huge and incredible nose, intense malt aromas that become like very complex sweet apple aromas, Very good; Soft textured body with a very small bubbled biting carbonation, balanced bitter and slightly sweet; Long finish that tickles your tongue, smooth bitterness from both hop and malt, very earthy aromas. Surprisingly good!

The Lime Kilns, and on several dozen other occasions. Stable foam collar, ornate lacework. Bum of dog aroma you all know and love. Slick papery honey sweetness, mineral saltiness, hint of sour, drying hop finish. Certainly not spicy. Biscuit and meek raisiny fruit. Pleasant but soporific, just too slick and cereal-accented for its own good. Might entice lager drinkers. Doughy malted milk biscuit afters, vague cask and almond. Weetabix and milk. If its there and nothing else thats real is, ill drink it.

Cask at Crown Rivers JDW, London Heathrow, 23 Nov 2008. Copper colour with frothy, white head. Malty, nutty nose with dried fruit, dusty hops and hints of citrus. Malty, nutty taste with notes of apricots and orange, dusty hops in the finish. Decent English bitter, but kind of average and slightly boring.
