Tap at the brewpub. Pours a mostly light golden with a thin lasting white head- some spotty lace. Aroma is pilsner malt, toastiness, with lot sof sweetness, orange peel and spice- coriander. Coriander, citrus flavor, orange peel, grain of paradise hint, spicy phenolic and Belgian yeastiness. Dry crackery finish with more spice and lingering solvent- spice, orange peel.

The pour reveals a slightly cloudy golden color with a medium white head. Interesting aroma of coriander and curacao. The flavor has coriander, curacao and oregano, it’s interesting but the spices got on my nerves aftera while. The body is light with a creamy texture and gentle carbonation.

20080730 Tap at brewpub. Pale, clean golden beer with small but lasting off whtie head. Spicy with corriander. The menu says caraway but I did not notice it. On the sweet side but pleasant. Lingering citrus.

on tap-pours a thin creamy off white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is spices, bready/medium malt, citrus zest. Taste is herbal/spices, bready/medium malt-sweet, citrus zest, yeast. The herbal stays front and center from beginning to end. Occasional.
