Part of an 8 beer sampler at the restaurant. Enjoyed the restaurant and all the beers I tasted were good though nothing really stood out. Pretty good dubbel.

enjoyed on tap at the brewpub with Greg, brewmaster. Light Brown with spidery white lace. Belgian Y-yeast. Appropriate carbonation, better as it warmed. Finishes dry.Complex spice including allspice, cinammon, and cardamon, complex taste. For suppertime meal enjoyment.

Poured a hazy red amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of dried fruits, light caramel, toast, spices, and Belgian yeast. Taste of dark fruits, candy sugar, vanilla, yeast, and light alcohol in the finish.
