| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 8, 2009 Cask (gravity) at GBBF 2009, Day 1 @ 5.1%. Don’t know whether they have dropped the ABV or the programme notes were wrong. Very murky appearance that suggested the condition wasn’t that great. However, both aroma and flavour had a very appealing prominent aromatic, leafy hop presence, with some grapefruit notes tending towards US IPA character. So I was rather surprised to see the programme notes announcing Fuggles and EKG as the hops. I imagine this would a good drinking pint on home turf.
