mcox90 (403), Wilton, USA Aug 16, 2008 On tap at Marthas. Beer is a hazy amber color with a small white head. Nose is banana, cloves & wheat. Flavor is wheat, spices, malts & dark fruits. Quite good.

Taste is sweet wheat/medium/dark malt, fruit-banana/cherry, secondary spice hops, yeast. Nice, smooth, vinuous, perfumy, sipping, some alcohol. Medium/full body. Jblauvs (181), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA Jul 5, 2008 7/5/08 On draft at Marthas Exchange in Nashua. A reserve beer made in small quantities, probably and experimental made by the brewer. Pours a hazy brownish amber, small head that dissipates. Aromas of banana, clove, malt. Smooth, slightly alcoholic mouth tastes of ripe bananas and sweet malts. dry finish. At 7.9 this brew packs a small punch, but very good, I would buy again
