Sweet flavour with a balancing burnt bitterness; medium to full bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Roast-malty taste with caramel and a distinctive note of liquorice; sweet and moderately bitter, almost slim finish according to its abv; malt-accented roasty with an almost non-detectable alcohol. Not the worst Doppelbock.........
