chmurarz (236), Raciborz, Slask, Poland Jan 2, 2009 very light yellow, no amber, lemon juice colour, very cloudy, unfiltered, froth like hefe-weizen, aroma is very nice yeast and herbal aroma , taste is bit worse than expected, however full and vell brewed, bitter, strong hop and yeast, light-medium bodied pivnizub (4181), Porúří, Germany Jan 8, 2007 Bottle: Cloudy, deep golden to orangey coloured; huge rocky white head, lacing and slowly diminishing; faint yeasty, grainy and hop-bitter nose; robust bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF, light bodied; short sweet-bitter finish, showing a little yeasty tartness. O.K. and refreshing..... MoritzF (4046), Ruhrpott, Germany Sep 18, 2006 (bottle, from pivnizub) Cloudy orange colour with a fluffy, non-persistent white foam. Yeasty, citrus-fruity, herbal, slightly grassy hoppy aroma. Bitter flavour, rather light-bodied and a bit fizzy on the tongue. Slightly fruity and malty, but strong yeasty taste, which is attenuating the hops too much. Dryish, yeasty and bitter-spicy finish. Not perfectly rounded unfiltered Pilsener. Hunsell (398), Amsterdam, Netherlands Feb 11, 2006 Hazy yellowcoloured beer, white head. Grainy, citric aroma. Taste is dry and fairly bitter with notes of citrus. Not very malty, not very hoppy either, as mentioned before, a strong resemblance to a Belgian Wit, but it somewhere gets lost between a Wit and a Pilsener. Strange, but not bad. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 30, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Oddly pale and since it’s unfiltered, it most of all resembles a Belgian Witbier. In return, there are plenty of yeast sediment at the bottom. Very fresh and feels quite light and very thirstquenching. Pronounced bitterness, making it quite a dry experience. 250504
