Mar 30, 2008 ½L glass @ Zum Schwarzen Bären, Göttingen - didn’t see if it was from a bottle or vom Fass. Looks very nice; murky brown with large head. Sour but nice aroma. Sweet and refreshing flavour. Somewhat bubbly.

Hazy nutty brown color, big cloudy beige head. Woody hoppy and banana aroma. Toasted banana flavor, caramelly finish. Fizzy carbonation in the finish. Good, solid dunkelweizen, one of the best of the style from Germany.

Oct 1, 2007 Bottled@SBWF2007. Hazy ambery brown colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some hops and a bit of bananas. Flavour is is banana, some caramel, slight chocolate and a bit of wheat. A pleasant dunkelweizen.

Mar 31, 2007 (50 cl bottle at Rotary Pub, Göteborg) Shady brown color, huge tan head. Fresh banana and nutmeg scent. Banana and chocolate taste. High co2 mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet milk chocolate aftertaste.
