Hazy nutty brown color, big cloudy beige head. Woody hoppy and banana aroma. Toasted banana flavor, caramelly finish. Fizzy carbonation in the finish. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some hops and a bit of bananas. Flavour is is banana, some caramel, slight chocolate and a bit of wheat. A pleasant dunkelweizen. gnoff (2567), Göteborg, Sweden Mar 31, 2007 (50 cl bottle at Rotary Pub, Göteborg) Shady brown color, huge tan head. Fresh banana and nutmeg scent. Banana and chocolate taste. High co2 mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet milk chocolate aftertaste.
