The aroma is rather sweet, flowery, fruity, and yeasty. The color is a slightly unclear brown and it has a beutiful light brown head - that collapses. The flavor is sweet - yeasty wheat flavor with notes of caramel, nuts and alcohol prickling the tongue. A really lovely wheatbeer.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear dark brown with an orange hue and a small off-white head. Sweetish aroma of overripe fruit, burned caramel and yeast. Medium body with sweetish banana and burned caramel. Very soft mouthfeel. A whiff of phenols. Discreet bitterness. Very pleasant. 011108

<i>Bottled.</i> Chestnut brown, rather lively with decent head. Ricje estery banana aroma. Surprisingly roasty, rather dryish with notes of toffee. The body lacks firmness. Soapy finish.

Ruby-brown colour. Aroma of plums, banana and rice. It has a funny, toasty, chocolatey, prune/date character. Finishes like a mixture of bananas and chocolate in a milkshake. A little odd, but I like it.

Bottled@SBWF2007. Hazy ambery brown colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some hops and a bit of bananas. Flavour is is banana, some caramel, slight chocolate and a bit of wheat. A pleasant dunkelweizen.
