Draught at the Rover, Gothenburg, February 5, 2006. Nice light golden color, bananas in the scent and flavor. Feels like a classic weiss.

Easily one of the most satisfying beers I’ve ever tasted. Only ever found it in one Greek restaurant in Hildesheim, Germany, does anybody know where it is available in the UK?

Light color like a wit, but when you give it a snif there is no mistake: It a German wheat. Heavy banana and perfume aroma and taste. Very refreshing and has everything i like in a beer of this style.

Bottle. The colour is yellow-orange; the liquid is cloudy. The large head is white and compact.

The smell is fruity with a notorious sour note of wheat bread and sweet apples.

The taste is very fresh, with just the right body – not watery, nor overwhelming. The first earthy note is replaced by a sour fresh flavour that develops into a sweet note of sour apples and even some white loaf. The aftertaste got a long creamy and balanced taste of dry apples and even some pineapples.

The carbonation is good vith a lot of small bubbles.

Overall, this is a fine Weissbier!
