May 13, 2002 Light color like a wit, but when you give it a snif there is no mistake: It a German wheat. Heavy banana and perfume aroma and taste. Very refreshing and has everything i like in a beer of this style.

The smell is fruity with a notorious sour note of wheat bread and sweet apples. <br /><br />
The taste is very fresh, with just the right body – not watery, nor overwhelming. The first earthy note is replaced by a sour fresh flavour that develops into a sweet note of sour apples and even some white loaf. The aftertaste got a long creamy and balanced taste of dry apples and even some pineapples. <br /><br />
The carbonation is good vith a lot of small bubbles.<br /><br />
Overall, this is a fine Weissbier!

May 9, 2005 ´Hazy pale yellow. Thick white huge creamy head. spicy nose with hints of ham. Sweet refreshing spicy flacour. Slight citric. Fruity orange taste.
