Bottle. Hazy, light amber to amber coloured, mid-sized, slowly collapsing off-white head. Phenolic-wheaty nose, moderate sweetish-sourish flavour. Moderate sweetish dark-malty finish with a light acidity. Not unpleasant, rather inoffensive...........

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a fluffy, light-beige foamy head. Light-sweet malty, moderately wheaty aroma with banana-fruity notes in balance with delicate clovy phenols. Dusty, light-sweet flavour with a minimal sour note, light to medium bodied, with a lively but not too fizzy carbonation. Malty, slightly toasted, moderately wheaty taste with a light yeasty tartness and a moderate fruit-character; slightly slim and short, fruity and slightly clovy finish. All in all okay, refreshing Dunkelweizen.
